When 5 of your friends book a concession or moonwalk you will receive a FREE moonwalk rental
valued at $85.00    You may use your form to get a free rental or upgrade to a larger unit.

Only one customer can be claimed as a booked referral.   We will email you the name of each
customer who indicates that they were referred by you.
